It's @twit_r's birthday today so I'm allowed to go out for a few drinks at lunch. I've also just been given a case of wine from our Leeds office so I might have more trouble with this no drinking thing than previously expected. You might also be able to tell that I've become mildy obscessed with Twitter. You can follow me @AlpineJoeJoe should you so wish. We might even get a WhatKatieWore profile. Today she's wearing a Gant blazer, Uniqlo tunic under a vintage dress and Kurt Geiger shoes.

taken on no booze wednesday What Katie Wore | (2)
It's (semi) official - I've given up booze for a month. You can see the disdain on Katie's face. There are exceptions naturally. It's only Sunday - Thursday and I'm allowed to have a wee dram if it's a birthday or if we win a big account or if there's a decent party to go to. Today my Katie is still shooting her ad. She's wearing a Pringle silk beaded tank, neon T-Shirt from Topshop, a Nellie Beetle jacket (no website) and Grendha jelly shoes.

Back to work after our great weekend in Scotland and we're both pretty busy - Katie especially so as she's at the shoot for one of her client's ads this week. Today she's wearing Ras shoes, a skirt from Montevideo in Uruguay, a Shirin cashmere cardigan (no site) and a necklace made from some voodoo doll keyring thing.

It was a brilliant party yesterday and we barely even have hangovers, although Katie has decided to pretty much wear my clothes today (I think it's because she gittered all over hers). My jeans are from Zara, my cashmere cardigan is from William Hunt, the shoes (not mine) are from Kurt Geiger and the red plastic bracelet is Cos.

Here's Katie in her front garden back home in Charlestooon. And very bonnie and braw she looks too. Her parents are having a party this afternoon so Katie is dressed up even more glamourously than usual. She's wearing a Max C dress, Topshop tights, shoes from Bertie and her Bulgari watch. Bring on the champagne.

We're up in Scotland today visiting Katie's wonderful parents, Jane and David. They've spoilt us too, with a visit to our favourite restaurant in the world, Martin Wishart's, which was utterly amazing. As ever. Today Katie is wearing Carvela shoes (a present from me), American Apparel socks (another present from me), Ganni dress with a wee birdie on it, and a Zara blazer. Very nice.

It's a momentous day in the house today - the day Katie swaps her winter wardrobe for her summer one. Expect to see a splendid panoply of brightly coloured summer dresses from this point forward! I might need to go out for the evening as I've seen the process occur before and it's messy. Today she's wearing a skirt from Karen Millen, Betty Jackson shoes (v difficult to walk in) and a French Connection dress.

This is the second time Katie has worn this dress this month! I know it's kind of against the rules (not that we actually have any rules) but she looks very nice, so I'll let her off. It's a Spense dress (no website) which Katie's combined with Miss Selfridge shoes, a green belt from a some junk shop and a green beaded sweat band she made herself.
