Hooray! We booked a holiday last night and will shortly be jetting off to a secret complex evocative of a Futuristic South American Mayan lair of a Bond Baddie. Assuming that I'm not driven to a work related suicide in the next fortnight, it will definitely be utterly excellent. Katie's celebration outfit entails American Apparel tights, New Look dress, Imitz silk skirt and some silly necklace thing that was purchased in a shop on Brick Lane that no longer exists.

We've got a lovely little mouse called Midnight Christopher that lives under our washing machine and eats stuff I drop on the kitchen floor. He's really cute, doesn't make any noise and probably hopes to meet a lady mouse and have mice babies one day. Well not any more. Today Katie and Haleigh have called the authorities on Midnight Christopher and are going to poison him to death. My murderous girlfriend is wearing her killing outfit, and doesn't she look smug? Coral shoes from Dolcis, French Connection sweatshirt and Day, Birger et Mikkelsen silk skirt.

So it looks like we're finally going to book a holiday, hopefully today and hopefully somewhere very hot. How exciting. Katie is wearing a H&M dress, American Apparel top, Bertie shoes and a Tatty Devine brooch that I gave her ages ago.

We had a delicious brunch with Olly and Alicia today at The Zetter. If it's good enough for Hazel Blears, it's good enough for us. It's just what we needed too, as we ended up hosting an impromptu party last night and stayed up long after the flower sellers had set up on Columbia Road. Katie is wearing New Look shoes, Ganni dress, my Marc O'Polo sunnies and a red document case from a charity shop on Roman Road.

Katie got her hair cut this morning by Chris @ Hob - doesn't it look cute? I've just come back from our friend Henry's fourth birthday party at The Royal Oak (and if you're wondering if it's ok to have a four year old's birthday upstairs in a pub, it definitely is). Katie is wearing Irregular Choice boots, River Island yellow dress, Benetton top and her Bulgari watch.

taken on hangover pre-takeaway misery day What Katie Wore | (1)
Oh dear, Katie's feeling a wee bit sorry for herself after a bit of a Girls Aloud night last night. I feel OK-ish, but went to a screening of a yoot pilot show in Brick Lane earlier and then Shoreditch House and so maybe I'll be feeling equally gross tomorrow. Katie is wearing Melissa Plastic Dreams shoes, American Apparel dress, and the Joe-llery necklace what I got from Spitalfields. The takeaway is on its way.

Sorry about the delayed post today, it's pitch central up in here. I didn't vote today (or at the weekend for Britain's Got Talent) - although I did hear that Susan Boyle has been phoning Gordon Brown all day to see if he's alright (thanks to City AM for the joke). Great outfit today. Katie's wearing her mum's shoes, Freedom for Topshop butterfly necklace, Tabio tights and sunnies from Brick Lane. Also, I should probably say - someone from Anna Lou of London saw the blog and has invited us to their new store opening in a couple of weeks. ...

Katie had to leave very early this morning - up to Nottingham, as per. Maybe it's just the head-tie but she seems to be channeling Marianne Faithfull, circa '68. I like it a lot. She's wearing a Max C dress (with the belt worn on her head), Hoss Intropia necklace (a present from me), Bronx shoes and her Smythson handbag.

taken on fire alarm tuesday What Katie Wore | (4)
It's inidcative of how dull my working life is that we had a fire alarm today and I almost wet myself with the excitment of being able to go to the pub at 11:45am. Such a beautiful day today and Katie is looking fabulous in Jaeger palazzo pants, Oasis silk knit top, Versace sunglasses and Mellow Yellow silver and orange sandals.

taken on site revamp monday What Katie Wore | (5)
So check it out - the new site is up! It still needs a wee bit of work on the design and functionality but now that I'm hosting the site myself I can do loads more cool stuff. Fingers crossed it doesn't crash! Any feedback, advice etc. very gratefully received. Today Katie is wearing Swear shoes, Burberry shirt dress, Year Zero necklace (again! - it's clearly a favourite), and her Bell & Ross watch. Fantastic.
