Busy, busy, busy. Short and late post today as Joe needs to work, work, work. Today the Katie is wearing a necklace and shoes that I gave her from a shop on Brick Lane that no longer exists, Prada trousers, vintage belt and a Zara blazer. I think clashing her hair with her sunglasses is intentional. Back to work. 5pm deadline.

love the yellow trews a great cheery colour
Youre trousers and shoes are cool, see these scottish lassies they really do know how to dress eh ??
That haircut is utter crap. Sort it out please.

Amazing Katie, especially the clashing. “Red or Dead” shoes got their name right, one should not shy away from some good old colour, it does brighten up the day. Truly impressed, love that Zara Jacket. The colour of your hair, superb, the cut – not so much.
I need that blazer ! every time i see it my eyes go green 1 and luuuuuving the necklace today MWAH x
Even in mugginess Katie looks spectacular!
L.O.V.E the primary brights- and I think you carry off the wickid pink haircut with much aplomb.

Well I think the hair looks just lovely and not utter crap!!!!! You pull it off and thats whats so cool about u miss Katie…….. Outfitt fab as per…… <3 xxxx
I have been following fashion blog for months now and think you look lovely ! I wish I was as styletastic as you – Gok is left in the shadows our Katie … keep it up lady. x
i think perhaps the comments left about katies hair could have been left out. katie is a wonderful individual, showing the world that you don’t need to follow the crowd and that individulaity is key. katie has so much confidence, and i think that her hairstyle matches her personality, and i think it’s gorgeous. i love this outfit katie, the blazer is utterly beautiful, i have a similar one, but it’s from a vintage shop in new york (: i love your hair katie, its wonderfully unique, just like you!
Completely agree with Nikki about the hair comments- if you can’t say anything nice than don’t say anything at all! Honestly- this blog would never have attracted so much attention if Katie’s style wasn’t individual and unique! x
Hi I’ve been checking in on Katie and Joe for quite a while now, but quiety, this is my first comment so “hi guys” Katie has a unique style often I often think “wow that’s gorgeous” or “nope don’t quite get that” and I suffer serious accessory envy on a regular basis. However, when you start a blog like this you are opening up to life to critique and when you make changes such as Katie has to her hair then you have to expect both negative and positive comments! I think the style Katie has at the moment is very reflective of Hobb’s current style director and as Katie is a key player in the fashion interwebby fashion stakes it makes sense that she “models” it! Personally I liked Katie’s hair in the earlier blogs but hey ho…its hair, its there to be coloured, chopped and grown! This time, next month it will look completely different even without doing anything to it!
Love the blog, it brightens up my day!
@Nikki and the other people (@Watford), who have their heads, firmly up Katie’s petit arse. I think it’s great that Joe allows these comments; I’ve every right to say I think her hair is utter crap. I find it funny you say she’s individual etc… I agree with that statement if you refer to her ‘outfits’ but her hair is certainly nothing new. It’s been around for years and just doesn’t compliment her like quiff. It was BOOM.
Vaguely knowing Katie, and where she works I’m sure she expects criticism. Sometimes constructive, the others straight to the point (hair is utter crap).
This blog is great, it’s your pathetic brown nose replies it can do with out.
Outfit = Fabulous
Haircut = Scandalous

Ah Bitchbag, how could I not allow your comments? It’s how the internets are meant to be.
Of course it’s totally fine that you don’t like Katie’s hair. But it’s not very nice to say people that like it have their heads up Katie’s (albeit petite) arse. It’s nice that people like what Katie wears. It doesn’t have to mean sycophancy. But again, of course it’s totally fine for you to have an opinion about it.
Speaking of which, I completely agree about the quiff – I loved that.
Jx
Interesting comments – I agree with Bitchbag. When you start a blog, it’s open to the entire interweb – not everyone is going to agree with everything you say or do, or in this case, what you wear and how you wear it! You need to have confidence in yourself to deal with comments which are critical, and let’s face it, if you don’t have that, you are unlikely to be writing a blog in the first place.
I think it’s good to have some critique up here. No-one can like very single outfit/hairstyle she has. And I do like a good debate.
just because someone likes someone or something doesn’t mean they are a) brownnosing or b) up someones arse.
it just means they appreciate what the person is doing. why would i want to ‘brownnose’ katie, i don’t even know her. i was just saying i like her outfits :/
Agree with Laura- its great to have a good debate and if you write a blog you are opening yourself up to criticism- its just completely unneccesary to launch a personal attack and call someones comments ‘pathetic brown nose replies’ or say someone is ‘up somones arse’. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and that was mine, that think Katie’s hair is great and she’s just trying something different for her. Agree with Nikki- how is it brown nosing when I don’t even know Katie.
I bought a pair of shoes similar to these in Richard Shops in the ’70s for £4 and wore them with a pair of vintage katherine hepburn style mustard lounge pants for £2! Oh, happy days! My kids wouldn’t let me get away with it now!
