A very healthy weekend for the K and I. We went for a swim and a sauna at Market Sports this morning and then played frisbee in Victoria Park this afternoon. And on top of that I’ve not drunk a booze or smoked a single smoke since Friday. Although that might change if I go to the Crooked Tongues trainer geek BBQ this afternoon (but I’ve got secret concerns over the freshness of my kicks and the flyness of my haircut so I might just do some push-ups at home or something).
