We’re were both up early today. I’ve just done a quick 5k run (as measured by my new Nike+ ipod sensor which is the best £18 I’ve ever spent) and Katie needs to go into work for the morning – a paper she’s been writing about the Orange Gold Spots (you know, the cinema ads with famous actors pitching their film ideas to Orange) has been shortlisted for the top prize in what she does and so she needs to go and finesse her presentation. Well done Katie. If you fancy a bet on her winning the top prize, at the time of writing she’s 16-1 to win at this bookies! Today my clever girlfriend is wearing Linzi Shoes, Onagono harem pants, Karen Millen top and a butterfly necklace from Topshop. Lovely.

And Laura, thanks for the offer. Despite suspecting that people who go around laying down Nike+ challenges are probably the same sort of people that are inhumanly fit and good at winning Nike+ challenges, I’m still up for it.
