@Natalie E- You’re right – I’ve changed the post to Thursday, My bad – I seem to have lost a day somewhere.

So tired. But was very pleased with my 5K – I wasn’t a rocket but I was able to sprint the last 400m or so. Definitely getting fitter. 26.10 is the figure to beat,

Please God let it not be Wednesday again….one is enough I need wine and not getting any till Friday!! Love that dress, the colours fab! Also like the sleeves on the jumper I have a couple like that and I love them but they are full length sleeves!
