I’m sure you’ll all join me in wishing Katie a very happy birthday today. Doesn’t she look brilliant? And, if a birthday wasn’t enough to celebrate, she found out yesterday that she had won that big pitch she’d been working so hard on. Is there anything this 27 year old can’t do? Katie’s birthday suit consists of a Luella coat (a TK Maxx bargain), Irwin and Jordan silk dress, New Look sequin blazer and a massive lump of bling. It was a birthday present from her mum and dad from Mawi. Wow.

Re. nyaM’s comments – I just want a boyfriend that actually supports me shopping!! Mine just rolls his eyes when he sees the carrier bags. Then i get the ‘we can’t afford this’ speech. Talk about a shopping buzz kill. I’ve learned to squeeze the bags into my new gigantic handbag, rip off the tags and burn them and then when he asks where I got the new top i’m wearing i say “CHARITY SHOP BARGAIN FOR £1…CAN YOU BELIEVE IT??!?! Genius.

I LITERALLY cannot believe Katie is 27, c’mon now, she looks 12. And a half. The half is important. How she doesn’t get groomed by old men in the streets with the promise of sweets is beyond me. Perhaps I should use same skin care products as Katie does, or just give up my precious cigarettes? Please say katie smokes so I don’t feel bad when I’m puffing my life away.
