And she’s promised me a trip to TK Maxx at the weekend. And a fancy dress Halloween party. What a perfect girlfriend. Today she’s also wearing lovely new Tabio Snowflake knee-high socks, Manoush dress and super warm New Look faux fur. Have good Fridays. Treat yourself with a nice pub lunch – maybe a ploughman’s?

As a fellow East Londoner, can I ask where Katie gets her fake furs cleaned, does she go to somewhere locally? I just bought a vintage fake fur which is smells smokey and musty and took it to the cleaners near work who wanted £40!!!

Jusley! don’t get anything dry cleaned in london, go outside of london! or spray some perfume, musty and perfume work a treat, keep the vintage essense… or go drink too much Gin like J and K and smell like them

i am never using a dry cleaners again.
after dropping a hot pink twenty8twelve dress off at the dry cleaners in chapel allerton, leeds, i pick it up on friday ready to pack for a weekend away. i notice there are blue splashes all over the back of the dress (not done by me – looks like detergent or something). i complain and the manager sends it back. i call today and they’ve got the stain out (yippee) but the bad news is that they got the steamer caught on the dress and have completely ripped the fabric all down the back.
dress ruined. i have no receipt to claim money back. dress was £220
grrrrrr
