We’re going to totally gorge ourselves today. First we had lunch at Bistrotheque and then went on to the supermarket (via TK Maxx) to stock up on loads of odd-looking stinking cheese, some badass salmon (which I’m cooking with the special vermouth I keep for my martinis) and some really nice vino. We’ll get stuck in as soon as K’s finished wrapping my birthday prezzies! Today she’s wearing a dress from Future Vintage, Tabio tights, Armani Jeans belt and a wee necklace made up of loads of watch faces which was a present from me ages ago.
GOOD DEED ALERT:
A nice lady called Lynne dropped me a line to ask if I’d mention a vintage sale at the always cool Bethnal Green Working Men’s Club tomorrow. It’s to raise money for Age Concern to help all those elderly folk living in the East End over the icy holiday period. I love the old folk of East London, especially the ones that call me son, talk about boxing and don’t make fun of my clothes. So, here’s the flyer. Go along. It will be excellent.

I ran into this website a month ago in an Icelandic newspapaer and now I visit the website every day.
The idea is very good – new outfit every day for one year.
Looking forward to see the last month.
And Katie – looking good as always…:)
Katie: I love your creativity, and the fact that don’t follow fashion but instead go with what suits you and what you feel like wearing. I love reading the blog, and applaud the amount of time and effort that must go into putting together your outfits …
But, sometimes, do you secretly ever just think “bugger this, I’m going to wear jeans a T-shirt today?” And do you ever change into something more ‘conventional’/ comfortable once the picture has been taken? Just wondering!
Back to yo colourful self i c, after yday’s outfit (which I loved none-the-less)…
Looking good today too, though I cannot really tell whats what at night…
Sally – theres too many people who bump into her in London! lol theres always people saying “i saw and spoke to katie and joe today” so she would deffo get rumbled!
