Look, we’ve decorated our tree. I’ve hung some of my home made spaghetti on it too. And, full of Christmas bonhomie, Katie has assumed the garb of one of Santa’s helpers. Her elf costume consists of Hoss Intropia culottes, Tabio leggings, Carvela boots, vintage bed jacket and Pringle sequin silk top. Ho ho ho.
HAHAHA The tree-decorating skills are beautiful (no, seriously, i love it!!) The Katie-decorating-skills are even better, gorgeous as always and you’ve given me an extra boost of Christmas cheer on an otherwise dreary Monday morning! xx

proportions all too weird for me…feel like the top half should be more fitted and the footwear either knee high / ankle high or shoes are needed to streamline it.

I’d like it, if it weren’t for the white blouse situation. The color is way off. In any case, a very creative outfit as usual, & I do like that. I don’t see any sequins though, & I’m a big fan. I’m borrowing vintage sequined blouses from my shop at every possible opportunity. My current favorite is a sequined harlequin bolero jacket. Looks great with jeans. (HINT HINT JEANS).

Not a fan of this… I had boots like that ten years ago, way too pointy… vintage bed jacket is great – I’d love to see it with something more eveningy/girly or basically anything other than those terrible culottes.
@Gufo, totally agree Nickie is too much now…DAILY we hear about the shop. Occasionaly would be fine but daily is OVERDOSE…..sorry Nicki i’m sure your shop is nice and the best stocked for miles around. Having said that maybe Joe approves, what with him and Katie being advertising and marketing gurus. That’s what advertising is all about…..”in your face”

Oh no! I really don’t like this i’m afraid for the simple reason that I had a similar pair of culottes when i was 10 lol. However, I love the top, pretty as a picture. Katie still looks radiant though.

i love the colours but the outfit is all a bit too mismatched and kate has such a fab figure she really ought to show it off a bitty more

Oh dear. I am not loving those shorts.Maybe possibly with some heeled courts or mary-janes, but there’s too little of a gap between the shorts and the top of the boots., which is really not flattering on the legs. And also, more pointy shoes, they’re making my eyes bleed!!! But, I have to agree, Katie is looking very pretty today, and the necklace is still fabulous.
i really love the necklace. the white blouse though seems totally out of place in this outfit, not because of color but the fabric feels somehow wrong with the wooly trousers and turtle neck…
