I’ve got a swollen elbow so need to go and see the doctors. Either the Marine Challenge weakened them or my regal Tudor diet of port, swan and unicorn a l’Orange has left me with gout. Today Katie is wearing a Day Birger et Mikkelsen skirt, New Look shoes, Tatty Devine telephone brooch and Uniqlo polo. Very cute.

PS: poorly joe – they might stick a massive needle in your elbow and draw out fluid…they did that to my dad and he squealed like a girl…
