We had some Christmas drinks around our gaff last night. Either the quality of our booze is improving or we’re partying with less enthusiasm than we used to - I don’t even have a hangover this morning and was in at work early! Today a very fresh-faced Katie’s wearing a vintage coat from Freiburg in Germany, New Look jumper dress, vintage sequin top, Olga de Polga leggings and her mum’s boots.
I couldn’t get my mitts on that New Look dress. It hurts. Love the colours and fabric. Love the sequined top, too.
How come Katie always look so fresh faced? We need a makeup tips post. (I do, anyway. I’m grey.)

yes me too!!! – takes me half an hour of slapping on make up to give me any sort of healthy glow! really sorry but the outfit doesn’t get my vote. I do the like the pieces individually though … x
I’m afriad I agree with Cheriepea today, I like all the pieces separately but not together. Maybe Katie was feeling it a little this morning and couldn’t quite muster her usual enthusiasm!
ps I was in your neck of the woods last night Katie and Joe, for the Columbia Road Christmas shoppong evening…but saw far too many things for myself!!!

Hey, did Katie buy that top from my shop? I sold one like it a while ago & seem to remember sending it overseas. Anyway, obviously I love it! I’m really into the yellow lace tights too. Everyone is wearing black lace ones, which I have mixed feelings about. xoxo

Katie’s mum has some great pieces, if I pilfered things from my mother’s wardrobe I’d end up looking like a 1980′s newsreader.
I love that sequinned top with other things but I think the actual outfit here works better without it! The coat is fab shade!

Totally love that dress – I spent ages looking for it too with no success either, so always green with envy when you wear it!
