Boo hoo. It’s our last day in Portugal – back to the freezing cold UK tomorrow. And it’s raining here too. Rubbish.
Still, we’ve had the most fantastic time here. Portugal is such a beautiful country and the food and wine has been simply stunning (esp. Duas Quintas Reserva). Last night we had a fantastic meal at the very Germanic Willies Restauant, and today we had fresh fish at A Ruina. It will definitely be time for a diet when we get back.
Katie dressed up last night in her lovely Matthew Williamson dress avec Chanel handbag with two tone lipstick, a different colour for each lip. Lol. Unfortunately, she’s pretty much run out of day clothes and so today is recombining her Tommy Hilfiger cords with a Benetton cardigan (worn back-to-front).

Oh my! Where did katie buy her daywear socks-I remember buying some very similar from a Parisienne department store about 12 years ago! Amazing blast from the past! I will be very sad when the photo story ends-maybe Joe could do a year next time? Xx

Loving the two tone lipstick. Don’t know many people who could pull that off but Katie isn’t many people. All the clothes are fabulous but Katie’s hair in the evening picture looks particularly lovely. Refuse to believe that this is coming to an end so I won’t! x

i think i have that lipstick! gutted you were both on same train as me and I missed you on way back to Fife, would have been nice to see someone in bright cheery clothes before Christmas, sympathise on snow front, i live near Kinross and was horrendous! Loving your work, hope you continue in some form after the challenge
