i saw you in the observer today and as i’ve been following this blog for quite a while now i feel like i know you both so i nearly told my friend that “my friends are in the observer today” then i realised i don’t actually know you. hmm. should i worried that i count you as my friends?

i fell in love with this dress the first time i saw it on here many moons ago, and I almost forgot how perfect of a sunday dress it is!!! love it and the entire outfit to bits!

Well after reading the comments of others here I realise I may not be as ‘cultured’ as other new followers; I read about your blog in ‘Pick Me Up’ magazine as opposed to the Observer!
I am a relative newcomer to east London (live by the Roman Road) and when I bought the magazine last night one of the ‘big stories’ was about a stabbing. That happened a few doors down from me (and I live on one of the nicer estates in the area…)I did read on seeing your story was on the next page and I think it highlights a completely different aspect of east London. Since moving to the area I have noticed that there is an abundance of people with brilliant clothes and great style which is something I really like. However, I am not going to lie, the whole Shoreditch style usually GRATES me as a lot of the wannabe fashionistas look like they are trying too hard. Katie style is IMMENSE though not only because you have an eye for fashion but because it is genuine and natural.
Defintely going to be looking you up regularly to get tips, far more easier and reachable alternative than a lot of fashion mags/supplements et cetera.
I didn’t intend to write an essay but I have LOL, in short just wanted to say SICK blog, SICK style.
