Not sure if I mentioned this on the blog, but I quit smoking about three weeks ago. I say quit – I had a bit of a blip today and smoked a few ciggies. But I’ll definitely be back off them again tomorrow, I promise.
So today Katie is wearing a particularly multi-coloured outfit: Cos dress, River Island Tights, Day skirt and the free Mulberry bag from from London Fashion Week. Lovely.

I quit yesterday, feeling pretty good actually.. but a busy weeekend surrounded by smokers I think will test me hugely.

Tut tut Joe. You’re a smoker? Boo, my estimations of you have gone down. Hold on a minute, let me get me soap box… Here’s a little treat of a story which I hope will help inspire you to never smoke again. My lovely boyfriend is 24 and has cancer. He’s never smoked a day in his life. Please Joe, next time you pick up a cigarette really really consider the damage you’re doing to your health. Some people, like my boyfriend, are unlucky and just have nasty cancer bits inside them, why would you want to continue risking your health and increase the chances of nasty cancer bits turning up inside you? I’ve spent a lot of time in cancer wards over the last year and a half and believe me, they’re no fun.
