So, we’re on stale bread and water for the rest of the month after a rather big splurge this arvo. Katie’s outdone herself at TK Maxx, finding a Luella handbag (!) and some Stella McCartney shoes (OMG), which I’m sure you’ll be seeing at some point. And I’ve bought a load of junk I’ll never use – including a large decanter and a skipping rope. Seriously. A skipping rope, ladies and gentlemen.
Today Katie’s wearing Miss Selfridge shoes, incredibly cute Tabio sockettes, Motel Rocks top and a lovely Gail Hoppen coat. I suppose I had better go and do some skipping.
OMG the SHOES!!! I love them! And TJ Maxx is my favorite store, I splurge there all the time.

Oh yes! Well, this is a very welcome splash of colour to my Sunday dusk. Brilliant coat, very politically correct. And i lovelovelove the sockette/shoe combination. Sockettes and slingbacks – who knew? Katie did, of course.

I need to get some of those socklet things when I get paid – too cute! Sadly, my big splurge this month was a new mattress, which is very, very dull.

last time I was in TK Maxx I bought a skipping rope and pilate resistance bands! Haven’t used either! Well, I used the skipping rope once, but it gave me a v.painful lashing! Grr!
