Katie doesn’t look too happy does she? Hardly surprising – as I write this she’s currently in the dentist’s chair enjoying some root canal surgery. Poor thing. I’m working from home this afternoon so that I can feed her ice cream with pain killer sprinkles.
You’ll notice that even when undergoing excruciating surgery, Katie still likes to look her best. She’s in a TK Maxx dress, H&M leggings, Kurt Geiger shoes and fluorescent YSL lippy (hopefully it won’t distract the dentist too much).

Katie is most definitely the most stylish root canal patient I’ve ever seen…love the matching nails/dress/head scarf!
Eeep, root canal is, from bitter experience, grim. If it leads to a post-crown, say no – very expensive and pop out all the time. I battled with one at the side for years and eventually gave up after major cost/inconvenience. Now I have a gap and no-one’s ever noticed! Codis is, in my considerable experience, the best for dental pain. Hope you feel better soon!
Oh Katie, I just wanted to post to say I hope your poor tooth (or what’s left!) is feeling better after the visit to the fang carpenter! Root canals are not pleasant! Along with vast doses of painkillers, clove oil saved the day for me – it tastes minging but really really helps if you rub it on your gums. I used it when I had my wisdoms out and it was a godsend. sounds like i was very very lucky – my root canal didn’t hurt at all! hope you’re not suffering too much! oh and i absolutely covet those shoes.x

And thats good advice form Sacremento about the pain. Im giving birth in 2 months, think that will be my mantra! LOL
