Agree – the first outfit is very bad. Cant be that long ago. Katie normally looks great.
I adore the ballgown – and I’m not just being polite. Katie’s most outrageous outfits are always my favorites.
I must say, I’m really liking the long hair too! It’s a real departure from her current funky do (which is lovely in its own way.)
