03.31.11Taken By The Ghetto FlowersWe found some nice ghetto flowers this morning on the walk to the tube. Probably the work of some do-gooding guerilla gardener or something. I've been thinking about taking nicking them on the way home but they'll probably be gone by then. Here's the WKW deets... She looks surprisingly grown up today. Wheels and Dollbaby bustier, awesome Bengt necklace made from the remnants of a Game Boy, and a Pringle silk dress.

03.30.11Taken On Hair Thing WednesdayOh look, Katie's done a thing with her hair. I was just beginning to think that after writing this blog for the past 18 years I'd finally fun out of things to say. What excellent good luck that Katie decided to do a thing with her hair on the very same day I was going to have to pack in the blog because of my writer's block. The dress is Betty Jackson, the top is Chloe and the shoes are United Nude. It's Wednesday. I'm off out on the smash. Weeeeeey.

03.29.11Taken Late In The OfficeAnuvva late post. I'm pretty shagged and Katie's just fallen through the door looking utterly exhausted. She's either got a pitch on or is having an affair (I'm pretty confident it's a pitch - no one in their right mind would make amorous advances on a girl with a severed head attached to her blouse). The Head is by Amanda Fatherazi at Luna & Curious, the jumpsuit is Aftershock and the silk top is Pringle. Time for iPlayer and Ovaltine. Night night.

03.28.11Taken on a Demure DayHello again; me doing the writing is becoming a bit of a regular occasion these days isn't it?! The tables have turned; I'm at home giggling at Four Weddings and poor Joe is still at work, grafting away. I'm not sure what made me feel so black and blue today, but I think this might be one of the most demure combos on the blog over the last three years. 03.27.11Taken On Scarf SundayWe've had a lovely day pottering around London in the sunshine. I've bought a pink hat. It's awesome, whatever you or Katie or anyone else thinks. Today's "look" is tenuously informed by yet another picture in that scarf book. The dress is Iceberg, the top is from Tesco F&F, the jacket is Vintage Resource Studio and the sunglasses we're purchased earlier in Lazy Oaf. I'm off to cook a chicken and touch up my pejazzle in time for TOWIE.

03.26.11Taken On Scarf SaturdayRight, got to make this quick - Katie's taking me out for a special dinner tonight for no reason in particular and we need to dash for a cab. Lucky me eh? Beats going on a silly march and messing with Fortnums. It's another outfit apparently based on a scarf from that book she likes. The dress is Kate Moss at Topshop, the shoes are Kurt Geiger, the fur is ancient and the necklace is from Luna & Curious. Ta ta. X

03.25.11Taken on Scarf FridayIt's me again. I was dead to the world when Joe left this morning after a dinner party that turned raucous last night. So feeling a wee bit fragile, you can imagine my glee when the Scarves book opened on this cracker today meaning I could wear my Manoush fleece dress! Matching the scarf colours almost identically are American Apparel tights and New Look shoes. The Lanvin sunnies are from TK Maxx. Have lovely weekends everyone xx

03.23.11Taken On Scarf WednesdayTonight is the launch party of a brilliant book on Scarves by Nicky Albrechtsen and Fola Solanke (Katie's words, not mine, although I do like a nice scarf). To celebrate, for the rest of the week, Katie's apparently going be creating outfits inspired by one of the scarves in the book. If only the guys with the guns in the Middle East were able to stop what they're doing, go home, pick a nice scarf (or pocket square for the gentleman) and then put together a lovely matching outfit, the world be a far better place. 03.22.11Taken On Babington Day TwoWEEEEEY! Babington is ace. Saw a real celebrity yesterday. Club rules prohibit me from saying who. Let's just say she mugged us off for an hour while we waited for her treatment room. I'm strongly considering getting hooked on something just so I've got another excuse to come here more often for some "Joe Detox Time". Is it possible to be addicted to Rose and Violet Cremes?
