I’m feeling much better today and so we’ve been on an 8.2 mile walk (!) from ends in Shoreditch, along the Regent’s canal all the way to beautiful Likkle Venice. Fortunately, that’s still only Zone 1 to Zone 2. Zone 3 is my Kryptonite. It’s where be dragons.
