07.31.11Taken At Saint Johns HouseYesterday was a totes amazing wedding. And we're not even hungover. Which, considering the sheer volume of champagne and gin we managed to imbibe last night, is nothing short of miraculous. We reckon it might have something to do with the amazing bed and brilliant breakfast we got at Saint Johns House. If you've ever cause to be in Staffordshire, you should definitely pay a visit - easily the best breakfast I've had outside of Charlestown. Katie wears a dress from Paper Dress Vintage and Cosmoparis sandals from Sarenza - comfy clothes for driving boyfriends back to London.

07.25.11Taken In The Heat HazeHello there, a hot and tired Katie here. I've been in the same meeting room for the last seven hours. In an office without air conditioning. On the hottest day in ages. And yes, the tutu (while lovely) perhaps hasn't helped with the oppressive heat, but it's lovely nonetheless. 07.23.11Taken Outside Frockney RebelWe wandered into a very sweet vintage shop on Cambridge Heath Road called Frockney Rebel on the way back from our Saturday meat run to Victoria Park (Katie's bags are laden with steak, poussins, veal and pork belly). I really love the sad hipsters painted on the wall outside. Tonight Katie is going to be cooking one kind of meat stuffed inside another kind of meat, wrapped in a sheet of meet, with meat sprinkles. So, to make everything alright, they're ordering crispy seaweed, fluorescent sweet and sour chicken noms, duck in pancakes and some dubious left-field tofu selection. Everything will be much better after our imminent gorge-fest. K wears Tabio tights, ASOS jumper with detachable collar and TK Maxx shoes. Night night. X
