So, I’ve just arrived back in from Switzerland. Poor Katie’s working till 11pm and then catching an early flight to Germany. But, despite us rarely seeing each other nowadays, the lovely little missus did leave me an awesome looking melanzane parmigiana in the fridge, which she made with her pale veiny hands last night. +5 Girlfriend Points.
Katie wears her Coast bridesmaid’s dress from Flic’s wedding, Office wedges, Giia necklace from Kabiri and a Giant Kyboe watch.

Hola! No time for chat – I’m once again off to Zurich for the night. At least I think it’s Zurich. Could just as easily be Geneva. I’m not sure even the Swiss can tell the difference. Let’s wait and see where the plane lands.
K looks autumnally lovely today, doesn’t she? Vintage dress, M&S coat, Wolford tights and an AMAZING Smythson bag.

Boooo. We’re back in Blighty. It’s quite literally turned Katie feral – I came upstairs after unpacking to find her prowling about the garden, worrying our lacklustre herb bowl in disappointment, pawing at the rubbish bags for veal and generally howling for Apérol Spritz. She wears H by Hudson shoes, vintage skirt and vintage jacket.

We’ve totally fallen in love with Rome. Such a good weekend – it’s been an Aperol fuelled 24 hours and, despite a suspiciously sugary lemon pork based dish at lunch, we’ve otherwise had our lush game set to stun. We’re out on the bunga bunga this evening in Trastevere (we’ll have to catch up on X-Factor when we’re back tomoz).
When in Rome, the K wears a jacket from Future Vintage, dress from Paper Dress and purple deep vein thrombosis granny socks from Tights Please. Arrivederci. xxx

Ciao! Katie’s come out to join me in Rome! We’re staying at the beautiful Hotel San Anselmo and have spent the day wandering around in the sun, gorging on amazing food, drinking some wine and turning off our Blackberrys. Oh, and at one point Katie launched into an iconoclastic diatribe about how if Italy is so brassic, maybe they should just melt some of that shiny Church Gold down and flog it off. It’s possible a monk overheard. Mooching layabout monks.
Katie wears a Ganni dress and a knitted red bow tie from Dolly Knits.
Any suggestions for what we should do in Rome tomorrow?
P.S. Big birthday shout out to Lindsay from her sister Cecily. Take a look at her awesome site Thrifted And Modern. Yep. Turns out WKW now does birthday greetings. I feel like Andy Peters in the Broom Cupboard.

Good evening everyone, it’s me – Joe’s away from London on business so I’m home alone. But not for long; I’m up at the crack of dawn to go meet him in Rome for the weekend! I can’t wait!!
Still, it’s been nice to potter about the house tonight. I’ve had a lovely evening cooking a Nigel Slater veggie treat and flicking through housie magazines getting ideas for decorating. Now time to finish packing and get an early night before my flight. Today I’m wearing an asos floral jumper, vintage dress, orange Tabio tights and Kurt Geiger shoes.
Next post from Roma! Ciao! x

WOOOO! Last night my campaign won the award for best consumer PR campaign! Alastair Campbell said the campaign made him feel all sexy inside [he didn't] and the bird in the red is slipping her phone number into my pocket [she isn't]. Katie and I went out until very, very, very late afterwards to celebrate. Unsurprisingly, we’re not feeling so great today. Katie looks slightly green.

How cool does The Katie look?! This is one of my favourite pictures for ages.
It’s the PR Week awards tonight and I’ve got a campaign up for a couple of bits of silverware. Here’s to hoping I don’t get severely mugged off. At least I’ll be too chateaued to mind.
K wears a vintage leopard pill box hat, a vintage dress from Frocking Fabulous, Wolford tights and Hudson shoes.
Ta ta! Wish me luck. X

I was planning on writing something pseudo-satirical about rebelling MPs, three-line whips and the general braying xenophobia of the UK populace. But I really can’t be bothered. Far more interesting than Britain’s EU Membership is my recent pilates effort. Yes, I did some pilates. Yes, it was ridiculously difficult. Yes, I’ll definitely be doing some more pilates (potentially “Tempo Pilates” with Lotte Jones). Yes, I’m still straight (well, as straight as a man who writes a blog about the clothes his girlfriend wears can be).
Speaking of which, Katie wears a vintage turban hat thing, vintage bed jacket thing, giant Kyboe watch, Topshop dress and Lola Ramona shoes.

You’re terrible mural.
Murals aside, today has been a masterclass in how to do Sunday: a brisk walk, luncheon at A Little Of What You Fancy, pool in Shoreditch, champagne at the Bethnal Green Town Hall, and now back for X-Factor (with a wee bit of our guilty pleasure of Grand Designs first).
I thoroughly hope you’ve all had similarly excellent Sundays.
K wears an M&S Autograph top, Manoush tank and American Apparel tights.
Nighty night. Awful Sami to get booted out.
