Here’s the missus auditioning for a Scottish Widows advert, except where the widow never really liked the guy that much and is spending her newfound freedom spending.

I’m major ill with Sore Ear. I’ve also got Black Toe (dropped a beer bottle on my foot the other night). I’ve mostly spent the day in bed although I did creep out to Old Street for fifteen minutes to buy a hotdog from the hotdog guy that sells the incredible hotdogs. I got a “Big Dog”.

Katie wears a vintage dress from Paper Dress Vintage, a children’s Burberry coat with the arms hacked off, American Apparel socks and Sarenza shoes with awesome soles (huge Sarenza sale on at the mo btw).

Turns out that tonight is Joe’s Summer party. I say turns out as he’s been so busy with work that he forgot all about it. And as I decided, of this morning, that I’m now a regular gym-goer, the blog hasn’t worked out as planned today.

Still, with gym plans dashed by too many Beck’s (for a Tuesday anyway…) here I am, late this evening wearing my 80′s throwback playsuit from asos, American Apparel socks and Melisssa shoes.

Tomorrow may or may not bring unplanned hangovers for both Joe and me. We’ll let you know.

I don’t remember taking this photo. It was a very late night (no awards, major hangz). I think I must have done it in my sleep this morning and then got back into bed.

It’s been a tough day.

It’s me again. I was dead to the world when Joe left this morning after a dinner party that turned raucous last night. So feeling a wee bit fragile, you can imagine my glee when the Scarves book opened on this cracker today meaning I could wear my Manoush fleece dress! Matching the scarf colours almost identically are American Apparel tights and New Look shoes. The Lanvin sunnies are from TK Maxx.

Return of the mac. Woo. The IT man dems have fixed up my computer and I’m very pleased indeed about it.

Katie’s in an outfit she’s coordinated (kind of) around a beautiful Musa Bamba bag that Rosa brought over from Barcelona. The dress is Manoush, the tights are American Apparel and the brooch is Lacroix, dahling.

Here’s Katie in her agency grotto. It’s a pretty badass grotto. There are a couple of jobbing actors dressed as elves and a Santa knocking about too. Seriously. They were probably on a break when I took the pic. I wish my place of work had a grotto.

Sorry, that’s “Taken When Joe Lost A Tooth”. I’ve become even less wise today with the extraction of yet another wisdom tooth. I can’t open my mouth and I’m bleeding quite a bit. Fortunately, I’m pepped up on novocaine and Katie’s co-codamol and watching kids TV. In many ways, this is the life I’d always hoped I’d get to live.

Today Katie wears a gilet and leather dress from TK Maxx, American Apparel tights and an awesome Tatty Devine telephone brooch. Very cool, as ever.

Also, we’d love to hear what you think about the newest batch of Suzuki pics from Clothes Show Live – there’s some especially cool boys in today’s batch (steady girls).

Look how happy the lady is – must be because she got to have a long lie in bed this morning.

Anyway, how are you all? Well I trust. I feel that I’ve been neglecting you all somewhat – soz, I’ve had a well busy week doing whatever it is I get paid for. I’ll be able to pay you all lots more attention next week, I promise. It’s late. Katie’s late. I’m tired. Katie’s tired.

Katie’s late because this evening she started an MBA. Told you she was clevs. And totally colour blind it would seem.

That was a nice weekend. We had the most incredible dinner last night at a top-floor restaurant called Kong, high above the Seine and next door to the Louis Vuitton HQ – Katie tells me it was featured in Sex And The City – and yesterday it was full to bursting point with chic Parisians (all of whom seemed to be wondering how we’d blagged the best table in the house). The maître d’ must have recognised me or something.

Today K wears American Apparel two tone tights (FYI: Parisians DO NOT like two tone tights), vintage Tetris dress (again, largely disliked by the French) and some massive pom-pom necklace thing from Sweet Trash (don’t even get the Parisians started on massive pom-pom necklaces…)
