Phew. We’ve both had very long days looking at the internets. Time for some green detox food and then bed.

On the way back from our Bank Holiday sojourn we stopped off at The Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew. It was well gangster. Nuff man dems kissing their teeth at me over by the Japanese garden and asking about postcode I was from. E2 innit blud. Want armshouse, just bring it.

Katie wears an Irwin and Jordan dress, Tartan Tights, awesome Gameboy necklace (can’t remember who sent it to us – it was years ago) and her Cartier. Night night.

It’s, like, so totally beer garden weather, yah? Alas, I’ve completely mugged myself off and left a whole heap of work stuff to do by tomorrow – looks like it’s going to be a late one. It’s my own fault for going out last night (Mondays are the new Wednesdays).

Katie also went out last night, although you’d never tell. Doesn’t she look etherial? Perhaps she’s saving herself for a big Wednesday?

Katie and I are back in the crib. We’ve got a chicken roasting in the oven, some wine in the decanter and some (very romantic) dub-step on the computer. We’re going to eat the chicken, those of us who aren’t detoxing for the rest of the month will drink the wine, and then we’ll make some gentle conversation by candlelight. Or the Wii. We’ll probably just play the Wii. And then polish off the sherry Katie’s just found.

Soz for the late post.

Last night I cooked Katie a vegetarian chickpea based dish. Which gave us both chronic food poisoning. Despite being the first non-meat-based meal we’ve had in about four years. Bad boyfriend. Bad chickpeas.

Katie took this herself with the camera on timer. It’s rather good isn’t it? We’re at a wedding tomorrow but as Katie’s a bridesmaid she has the day off work to go an prepare the bride. No idea how we’re going to do the blog tomorrow – fingers crossed for an internet connection.

Happy Easter Jesus Fans!

And, ever wondered what Katie would look like in egg form? Me too. So I made one.

So, it’s my last day at work tomorrow. Pretty exciting eh? I thought Katie and I might go away somewhere next week. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good holiday in March? I don’t want to spend tonnes of $$$ and would quite like to get a tan.

I like the way Katie is dripping in bling today. Not to mention the ridiculous MC Hammer harem pants from Topshop. The dress is Iceberg, the shoes are Irregular Choice, and the jewellery consists of a Talullah Tu necklace, the Mawi ring, the Cartier and a big blingy bracelet of unknown provenance. Do you likey?
