Wednesdays are the new Thursdays. Thursdays used to be the new Fridays, but are now in fact the new Sunday afternoons. Which means I’m out for a big night tonight. Weeeeeeeey.

Katie’s not out. She’s being healthy or something. She’s wears a Darling tapestry skirt, Miista boots and an M&S Limited Collection swallow knit. Very nice.

Look at this picture of urban bliss. After an afternoon of bubbles with the neighbours we’ve retired to our place: I’m typing my Man Work while wifey shells borlotti beans over a weighty Nigel Slater tome. Yes, that is a globe artichoke you can see. Turns out, vegetable posing is the new owling (which was the new planking, before it got nuff old). Jokes.

Veggie K wears Oasis jeans, Tesco dress and a Darling smock thing. I’d better be getting chips and a slice of pie with my salad.

Happy anniversary mum & dad!

I can’t type any chat today – I’ve got lots to get done and I’m desperate to get out of this office.

Kates wears a Darling coat, vintage yah-girl shirt from 123, Wolford herringbone tights and an excellent rabbit in a hat necklace from Tatty Devine.

Katie’s doing her chores. We’ve been to the supermarket (via Majestic Wine) and now Katie’s unpacking her suitcase, doing some washing, cleaning, and has even volunteered to darn my favourite socks like a good little Victorian wifey.

An unconventional outfit for housewifery but a very nice one nevertheless. The tights are from Frocking Fabulous, the shoes are from TK Maxx and the coat is from Darling, a treat from a little boutique called Marcos and Trump.

It’s my birthday tomorrow! We’re just about to leave the house because Katie’s whisking me away somewhere for a special surprise! I’ve got no idea where tomorrow’s post will come from but maybe I’ll take another picture of Katie tonight when she’s all dressed up for dinner. This morning she’s wearing F-Troupe boots, Darling skirt and Whistles top. Byeeee.

We gorged ourselves on fondue and red wine last night. It was pretty excellent. In other news, Katie was featured in Grazia India this month. How cool is that! A: Really really cool. Today she’s wearing a beautiful new Darling carpet print skirt (thanks Jaime! – you can buy them here on ASOS) and a seriously cool Jessica Dance mustard necklace. Buy buy buy.
