I’m in mourning. My Macbook has died again. I’m blogging this from some awful Commodore 64 Windows Vista thing. It’s hideous.

Sympathetic Katie is clearly also in full funeray garb: Fenn Wright Manson cardi, Just Female t-shirt and ridiculous Chanel gloves.

Katie’s off to some awards bash tonight – British TV Awards I fink – but I’m sure she’ll be getting changed into something sparkly first.

I’ve had a migraine today  - fortunately I was able to kill it off with sleep, camomile tea and a sunbed – pretty much my cure for everything (except hangovers, which as you know require considerable amounts of Capri Sun).

Anyone know what the name is for those miserable French clowns (and I’m not talking about the rugby team – LULZ)? Katie’s got one on her H&M top. No, I don’t like it much either. The skirt is vintage, the cardigan is Fenn Wright Manson and the pumps are Le Bunny Bleu.

Joe’s been out for a celebratory boozy lunch today. And as I think he’s still quaffing Campari Spritz and awesome food at Polpo, I thought I’d do the blog today.

As you can see, I’m home and full of the joys of spring. And wearing trousers, which is most unusual I know. All due to me looking for something that would set off the awesome vintage stripey shirt and Laura Ashley jacket that Emma picked out for me from her Bedroom Boutique. Aforementioned trousers are my mum’s Escada jeans from the 80′s, worn with Tabio socks, Fenn Wright Manson cardi and Kurt Geiger shoes.

Have lovely weekends all. I’m crossing everything for a Scotland win on Sunday.

It’s Katie’s work party today.

She’s made up the bed in the spare room this morning especially.

Should I be impressed by her kind forethought about not wanting to wake me when she crawls in at shame o’clock or should I be utterly horrified that she’s made a premeditated decision to self-harm with the drink?

Katie certainly looks very Christmassy anyway. A nice bird resting in tin foil.  The dress was once a ballgown belonging to Katie’s mum which K had made into a party dress, Wolford leggings, Fenn Wright Manson cardigan and Georgina Goodman shoes.

Katie’s off to pitch a big beer brand today. Doesn’t she look beery?

She’s got two dresses on – the top one is a silk Pringle number and the one underneath is Atelier One from SuperSweet. The massive cardigan is Fenn Wright Manson, the tights are Noa Noa and the watch and the laptop case are both Liberty.

OMG. The horror. The horror. You never said it would be this cold. Katie looks like she’s about to march on Stalingrad. As you can see, she’s not at all happy about having to leave the beach for this.

Nice outfit though: Fenn Wright Manson skirt and cardigan, Tesco F&F Couture blouse, Bebaroque tights, Burberry snow boots and Gogo Philip necklace. Hope you’ve all got exciting Friday plans – mine involve booze. Warming booze.

Check it – Mister Anthony Burrill got in touch and sent Katie some new prints. Must be because he knows how much encouragement she requires to be a functioning, decent human being (and stop using my hair products).

Anyways, we’re blowing this joint: tomorrow’s picture shall be coming from distant climes, faraway shores and hopefully somewhere able to muster a decent Mai Tai. LATERZ.

We’ve had a really slow and lazy day today – largely because we both went out last night – and so we’ve just slopped about the house and had a wee totter around the mean streets of E2. I’ve now once again retired to my bed to write the blog but will need to shake a leg shortly at Katie’s folks are in town today and we’re off out to meet them for dinner at what is apparently an awesome restaurant called L’Anima – which is why Katie is all glammed up.

She’s wearing a new Luella jacket (mega reduced), Fenn Wright Manson skirt and Calvin Klein shoes. Have lovely evenings!

Katie’s had the best day – a lovely Italian lunch in Soho with her friend Alicia at Polpo and then a Scottish win in the rugger. I’ve been in bed with the hangovers – we threw a party at my new agency which carried on a bit longer than we had planned…

So we’re still here at the amazing Babington House. We had a wonderful meal last night which continued into the wee hours. Katie now has several cocktails named after her and we both have pretty sore heads. Nevertheless, today started well with a swim, a sauna and a delicious breakfast. Now time for a walk in the grounds. The beautiful Katie is wearing a Fenn Wright Manson skirt, metallic Sugar boots, MFB necklace and TK Maxx blouse.
