09.22.11Taken In Our New Garden!!!Check it out, we've got a garden! Like, only five people in Greater London have a garden. Can you believe we've got a garden? There's even a wee table and chairs under an apple tree at the back, near my Man Shed. I'm so pleased about the garden. Anyway, as I'm sure you've now gathered, we're officially homeowners. This means we're probably going to be really busy painting stuff and fitting my walk-in Cheese Cave. So, we might struggle to do the blog every day. Just sayin'. We'll see how we get on. 08.07.11Taken When Katie Planned For FitnessInfuriatingly, I'm still laid up at home with a gross leaky Sore Ear. Black Toe almost healed, however. Katie's been out to Nike Town today and stocked up on tonnes and tonnes of sports gear. Someone reckons they're going to get fit. Or at least look good leaning against the Lucozade machine. She wears new Oasis jeans, French Connection dress, my Loewe sunglasses and a big metal bow necklace from Luna & Curious (a present from me).

I was at work until about ten minutes ago and got home to find the camera battery dead. Joe's already almost asleep, and it's time for me to get some shut eye too, so it's just a quick one tonight. You don't need books to "do" an ad. Which is why these books are as hollow as the ones in Ikea, their cavities doubtless filled to the brim with all that London cocaine you read about. Plus, I might have overdone it with the Madivian beer while phone refreshing the coverage of the finest day of English test cricket the Maldives has ever seen. Heading the agenda was the horrendous bandwidth shortage affecting the fair people of Shoreditch, followed by a round table discussion on developing strategies to upload 30" spots to YouTube. The consensus: get your PA to copy the film to VHS and post it to Steve Jobs, c/o The World Wide Webs. 08.29.10Taken On The Way To The FishmongersAlas, I'm not off to gwan git mi dagger on pon de Carnival - Katie's enfeebled metabolism is not quite recovered sufficiently to handle a dangerous cocktail of Red Stripe, Guinness Punch and dried oregano.
