03.02.10Taken When WKW was in Marketing MagazineBig news today - the top marketing industry magazine (imaginatively titled Marketing Magazine) ran a feature on how brands can work with bloggers which featured no less that seven (!) pictures of Katie. They even let me write a little column! And my bit was titled "Expert Comment"! And I sent them a photograph of my little face, which they also used! Amazing! 01.24.10taken when katie had all the boozeWe've been out all day with our friends Charles and Alessia at Shoreditch House. All in all, a good day. But I'm a wee bit tired and emotional after all the wine. Katie's wearing a Topshop dress, Supersweet leggings and H&M booties. Oh, and we've got a new lovely lady up on the What You Wore site - check out Flo, she's well cool.

01.23.10taken in front of the jesus graffThe heroin park has been given a spray paint make-over by some young church types. The local yoot will now see the J-Man as far cooler and relevant than they did before. Isn't advertising easy? We've had a lazy day - lunch at The Eagle and then the cinema (we saw"Un prophète" - a bit overrated). Now home just in time for some trashy Saturday night TV - Take Me Out anyone? Katie's looking excellent in her wooly New Look jumper dress, Oliver Bonas bow, H&M hat and her old school socks.

01.08.10taken when katie called in sickOh dear, Katie's not well. She's probably caught my gross bug. The poor thing has been at home on her own all day, popping pills, reading magazines and trying to take a picture of herself with the camera timer. She still looks surprisingly cool though. I especially like her beautiful new t-shirt from the lovely people at Spinster's Emporium - they make really pretty things. The cardigan is vintage, the hat H&M and the big fluffy slippers are from Wall. Time for me to get out of the office and go and look after her. Hope you all have great weekends.

12.28.09what katie wore to the salesWe struggled around the sales for a bit today before retiring to a bar for lunch, cocktails and tiramisu. Now it's all hands to the pump as we pack to go away from New Year (tomorrow's picture will be being beamed to you from a secret location a fair bit away from East London). Katie's looking especially rainbowish today, wearing her Sonia Rykiel jumper and new matching socks (a Christmas present from Claire), H&M culottes and that awesome Bengt necklace. See you tomorrow. Hopefully the picture will contain lots of sun and maybe a massive gin.

12.22.09Taken on pre-Christmas Chav Chic dayJust in the nick of time today aren't we? And a ridiculous photo too. That's what happens when Katie has to take her picture herself. I've been at work since first thing wishing we were already in Scotland for dinner at Martin Wishart's. Meanwhile, the K has spent the day ironing, cleaning, finishing off her Christmas shopping and generally getting excited about going home tomorrow. For the first day of her Christmas holiday, Katie's wearing a chav chic ensemble: gold batwing top from Violeta Vintage, H&M leather skirt, Burberry snow boots and a fake fur bolero from Roman Road market. We said goodbye to our friend Becs last night who moves to NYC today. Hope the unpacking is going well and looking forward to seeing you in the New Year! 12.02.09taken on christmas market nightIt's Christmas Market night on Columbia Road, E2 BRRRRP tonight. You should check it out if you're nearby and steam into the mulled wine. Although I won't be there as it's my Christmas party tonight. Yes, seriously. We celebrate Christmas on the 2nd Dec apparently. So if anyone does anything embarrassing, we've (they've) got a whole month of work to remind them (me) about it. Katie's wearing some seriously warm clothes today for a trip up to Shottingham - a Banana Republic jumper, Carvela boots, River Island dress and H&M necklace. Very nice and probably bullet proof too.
