02.16.11Taken After The GoringWe scoffed a massive scran at The Goring last night. How we're not massive fatties is beyond me. To be honest, I am actually getting pretty fat. After yesterday's crocodile head, Katie's continuing the animal theme with a Superfumi fox brooch. The skirt is H&M, the tights are Tabio and the bed jacket is vintage. Finally, check out the awesome Liberty print bag. It's in support of Comic Relief and only costs a measly £12.99. 12.02.10Taken Pre-FlightSo, assuming the feeble UK transport infrastructure hasn't been totally shagged by couple of heavy frosts, we'll be back on a plane back to Blighty in an hour or two. As you might have guessed, we've had a pretty awesome time. Should the chaps at Kuoni ever require someone to rigorously stress-test a hotel's cocktail menu in the future, they'll know who to call. Katie wears a H&M dress, Liberty scarf and a phizog of grim stoicism. At least December is full of parties and mulled wine, right?

11.27.10Taken Half Way HomeWe're halfway through our holiday. Hopefully the last few days will feel like weeks - not looking forward to the UK snow. How is that, btw? Most of today has been spent on the beach, my time divided between sipping beer and furiously refreshing the over-by-over Ashes coverage on my phone. It doesn't look good. And as promised, here's Katie in evening wear: a River Island bustier and H&M dress. 11.22.10Taken When Katie Worked Hard And Was Nice To PeopleCheck it - Mister Anthony Burrill got in touch and sent Katie some new prints. Must be because he knows how much encouragement she requires to be a functioning, decent human being (and stop using my hair products). Anyways, we're blowing this joint: tomorrow's picture shall be coming from distant climes, faraway shores and hopefully somewhere able to muster a decent Mai Tai. LATERZ. Modeling the Anthony Burrill, Katie wears Art boots, Wolford leggings, H&M dress and Fenn Wright Manson cardigan. I could also do with some more exciting What You Wore pics - come on, get involved. 09.28.10Taken For SquintToday's outfit was based entirely around Katie's new necklace glasses, made especially for her by K's friend Noreen. You can find more of Noreen's stuff here (her label is called "Squint"). I've got lots of terribly exciting things going on at work this week - itching to tell you all about it - I'll be able to in a couple of weeks... In the meantime, here's another pic of Katie. As well as the Squint necklace she wears Frank Usher bolero from Frocking Fabulous, vintage belt, H&M booties and a Vanessa Bruno dress. Bye for now x

09.14.10Taken On Food Poisoning TuesdaySoz for the late post. Last night I cooked Katie a vegetarian chickpea based dish. Which gave us both chronic food poisoning. Despite being the first non-meat-based meal we've had in about four years. Bad boyfriend. Bad chickpeas. Sick-note wears a Pringle top, H&M dress and the Cartier. Sorry for almost killing us both.

09.06.10Taken Before Sports DayDon't worry - Katie's not off to a funeral or a goth party. Her agency is having its sports day tomorrow and she's been put onto the posh team (motto: Success Through Breeding) whose colours just happen to be a regal black and gold. I'm expecting her to bring home some silverware in the vodka luge and gin relay events. Should make a nice change from making those ads with the talking animals in. She wears a H&M shirt, Wolford lace tights, Georgina Goodman shoes and a vintage necklace. Lovely. I really like her new haircut too.

09.02.10Taken On TFI ThursdayLook at this little boho gypsy ragamuffin. I don't know whether to cross her palm with silver or ask her to tarmac my drive. Katie wears a gorgeous headscarf from She Really Roks, a H&M dress, a vintage gold cardigan and a pretty cool Chloe belt. Thankfully it's finally Thursday, the night I'm allowed to go to the pub and drink a Guinness or two. This four day week seems to be taking forever.

07.30.10Taken on NYC Day VWooop. Katie's home tomorrow morning. She's turning left and flying posh class too, so she'll have plenty of room for all of my presents. I'm very much looking forward to a very quiet, very boring weekend (I've somehow managed to go out every night this week and it's taken its toll a bit I think). What are you guys up to? Today she's wearing an H&M dress, awesome Me & Zena heart spinner necklace and vintage teddy bear belt from Blondie in Spitalfields. Chat tomorrow. X

07.06.10Taken Before The Root CanalKatie doesn't look too happy does she? Hardly surprising - as I write this she's currently in the dentist's chair enjoying some root canal surgery. Poor thing. I'm working from home this afternoon so that I can feed her ice cream with pain killer sprinkles. You'll notice that even when undergoing excruciating surgery, Katie still likes to look her best. She's in a TK Maxx dress, H&M leggings, Kurt Geiger shoes and fluorescent YSL lippy (hopefully it won't distract the dentist too much).
