12.05.09taken when we walked from mayfair to old streetWe gorged on an amazing dinner at Aubergine last night for Katie's mum's birthday. It was wow. Then today we wolfed some lunch at the Ebury and then half walked, half rolled all the way home from Mayfair to Old Street via The Slaughtered Lamb. I'm Fat Joe. Katie's got a nice new haircut as well - doesn't she look lovely? Today she's wearing a Karen Millen silk sweater, Zara necklace, skirt from Spitalfields Market and new tartan patent shoes from Church's at Bicester Village. And look - Katie's got pint-sized feet!

09.05.09taken when katie worked on a saturdayWe're were both up early today. I've just done a quick 5k run (as measured by my new Nike+ ipod sensor which is the best £18 I've ever spent) and Katie needs to go into work for the morning - a paper she's been writing about the Orange Gold Spots (you know, the cinema ads with famous actors pitching their film ideas to Orange) has been shortlisted for the top prize in what she does and so she needs to go and finesse her presentation. 04.23.09taken on wardrobe change dayIt's a momentous day in the house today - the day Katie swaps her winter wardrobe for her summer one. Expect to see a splendid panoply of brightly coloured summer dresses from this point forward! I might need to go out for the evening as I've seen the process occur before and it's messy. Today she's wearing a skirt from Karen Millen, Betty Jackson shoes (v difficult to walk in) and a French Connection dress.

I couldn't think of anything good and so I had to do some googling and this is honestly the best historical event that happened on 12th March. Today Katie is wearing a vintage purple silk belt tied into a bow broach, a pink silk Karen Millen top, Carvela shoes and Miss Selfridge jacket.

She's wearing a vintage necklace from a boutique in Freiburg, a Karen Millen top, Moschino belt and yellow net skirt from a shop in Spitalfields.
