03.01.11Taken When Katie Booked A Break (Hopefully)Thanks for all your excellent suggestions for break locations. It's Katie's turn to book somewhere so maybe she's doing it RIGHT NOW! (I guess you'll just have to wait to see where we end up). Today she wears a vintage skirt as a dress, exceptionally cool tights from Seduzione Leggs, Kurt Geiger shoes and a brilliant plastic necklace from Jennifer Loiselle. I got the post up before lunch today - pretty good eh?

02.17.11Taken Before The Leaving PartyA few of our friends are leaving Katie's agency to start up an agency of their own. Mega exciting (for them, at least). We're off to their leaving party tonight. I'll probs be on the lemonade though, as I've got an especially busy day tomorrow dropping PR Truth Bombs (trans: writing a couple of presentations). The lady is wearing an awesome David Barry cape via TK Maxx, a vintage St Michael housecoat (I think that means its a Marks and Spencer dressing gown) from the 60s worn as a dress - a bargain from ebay - and Kurt Geiger shoes. Oh, and a big shout ...

02.02.11Taken In GermanyYo pass auf! Katie's in Hamburg doing that advertising thing and hurting the eyes of the people of Germany. This means that I've got a free pass tonight! I'm probably just going to go to a couple of galleries, do my charity work at the orphanarium and then have an early night with an Ovaltine. I'm not going out on the lash. In Germany Katie wears a Vintage Resource Studio dress, leather waistcoat from Oxfam Vintage, Tabio tights, Kurt Geiger boots and a felt flower necklace/scarf thing from her mum. Tschüs mein Schätzelchens! Bis bald.

01.28.11Taken When Katie Was GiantLook at the size of her! Katie's, like, 14 feet tall. She's either got some seriously large heels on or has been messing around with my "Drink Me" potion again. Today she's wearing another very cool dress from the Vintage Resource Studio, Kurt Geiger boots and a vintage belt. It's been a gruelling week. Reckon we might treat ourselves to a couple of GINS.

01.10.11Taken After Meatfest 2011Just a short post today - got tonnes of stuff on at work. Hope you all had nice weekends. Mine seemed exceptionally short. Today Katie's wearing a beautiful skirt from Future Vintage, a vintage top from a German flea market, a DKNY wool waistcoat and Kurt Geiger wedges. Nice eh? Catch you tomorrow. X

01.09.11Taken On Meat DayWe've taken a weekend trip to the butchers and returned with about a dozen different flavours of meat, many of which we're going to need to Google before attempting. We're unintentionally going turbo-Atkins this week. I'm getting the meat tingles just thinking about it. Meat Girl wears a shrimp candy ring from Suck & Chew, easily the best confectioners in London (out-of-towners take note: they do mail order too, so you can order some old fashioned sweets to have after your chips, gravy and scratchcards), Kurt Geiger shoes, half a Temperley twin set and Lotte Jones tights.

07.21.10Taken On Late Night Meeting TuesdayKatie's got to go to Gatwick for a very late night meeting this evening. She is truly an asset to her company and a shining example of diligence and commitment in an industry largely made up of slackers, drinkers and artiste manqués. She looks fabulous too - an ASOS boater hat, a New York Laundry dress, Kurt Geiger shoes and Cherie Cherie "knee accessories". Very nice indeed. 17:35 UPDATE: Oh. Turns out it isn't Tuesday. Which means I've lost a day somewhere. I hate it when that happens.
