We’re home! It was a relatively painless flight back from Bangkok so we’re both feeling fresher than we probably should. That said though, I’m writing the blog while Joe has a doze so perhaps it’s just me who’s winning in the battle against jet lag.

Missing the thrill and mania of Bangkok, but have to admit it was lovely to pull out my winter wardrobe when we got back from the airport this morning! Here I am just before I headed into work in a gorgeous vintage dress from Another Timeless Piece with Prada sunnies and a Mandarina Duck bag (a TK Maxx bargain).

Dear ITV Public Relations Team,

Please can you fix it for Katie to get an Essex makeover from the TOWIE women (including spray tan, blonde dye job, acrylics, that rude thing, etc). It would be well good. While I wait for her, I could just cotch in the Sugar Hut with Arg and Mark and maybe chirps on some birds and then talk about our feelings.

Please let me know ASAP. (FYI – We’d also consider going on Midsomer. Although Katie’s not actually English and much of what I say is in Jamaican patois. To be honest, The Only Way Is Essex is a much better fit for both of us).

It’s Katie’s mum’s birthday today and we’re running late so just a v quick post for you. We’re off to the incredibly swanky Savoy Grill tonight to celebrate. Don’t wait up.

This needs to be a seriously quick post but isn’t today’s outfit AMAZE. I think Katie’s channeling Ugly Betty far more than usual. In a good way.

The tank is Manoush, the bow tie is from Dolly Knits, the shoes are Lavender Room and the jacket is from Luella.

Oh, and I thought is was about time I was on the internetz again. So I’m on What You Wore, innit.

Ooh, this is a rather nice one even though it hurts my eyes a little bit.

The shoes and the tetris dress are vintage, the belt is Armani, the sockettes are Tabio and the bag is Luella.

I’m rather missing the missus now. I hope she hurries back soon.

Katie looks AMAZING! She’s away to a wedding today. I’ve somehow managed to dodge the bullet and am sunning myself on our roof instead – but if I’d known she was going to look quite so stunning I’d have insisted on my attendance, if only to keep the best man at bay.

Well that was a bit rubbish, wasn’t it? Change what? Clegg who? Anyway, I shan’t let it get me down. It’s now all about Mandy for PM. Serious.

A rather tired, but fresh faced Katie is wearing Bertie shoes, vintage leather jacket and dress, H&M scarf and Luella bag. Very nice.

Katie’s off to some big old meeting this morning which is presumably why she’s dressed as a female version of Vega from 90′s classic Streetfighter 2. If things start to turn nasty, she’ll probably just scale the wire fence and jump and slash with her matador claw.

If you’re interested in making your own Lady Vega outfit you will need: a Luella jacket, a Chloe silk top, ASOS trousers and a Sonie Rykiel belt.

(NB: If Ryu joins the meeting then →↓↘P initiates the shoryuken, more than suitable for coping with any fence based attack).

Lol – Katie found one of my old t-shirts and has taking a liking to it. Everyone loves Tescos.

The rest of the outfit consists of a Christian Lacroix jacket, Reiss skirt, Scorah Pattullo shoes and a Luella brooch with Zzzz’s on it.
