08.17.10Taken After Mortgage NightWe met with a mortgage advisor last night. Turns out, if we're ever going to get onto the property ladder, Katie's going to have to stop blowing all of our pennies on tights and I'm going to have to switch to a less premium gin. The wifey looks a bit "streetdance" today. Make of that what you will. She wears Topshop silk harem things, a necklace from Sally's Jewellery, and a vest from Tesco - which is where we'll be doing all of our clothes shopping from now on if we're to get anywhere near the deposit on that seven bedroom ...

07.14.10Taken When Joe Went AwayWell this is a bit of a rarity... it's Katie writing today! Right after taking this photo first thing this morning, Joe left for a day of brainstorming and boozing somewhere outside of London. I'm off up to Nottingham for a day of meetings so thought it was time the Avi Rossini briefcase got another outing. The rest of today's Rainbow Brite ensemble consists of Motel Rocks leggings, Tatty Devine brooch and Kurt Geiger shoes. The Tetris dress is vintage, as are the necklaces from Sally's Jewellery. 07.11.10Taken Before Bloody MarysWe had an absolutely amazing time celebrating last night at L'Anima - thanks so much for all the nice messages. For some unknown reason we were persuaded to visit a Mayfair club called Maddox afterwards. Maddox is, without question, one of the most shame-inducing, bafflingly terrible places in the world. Its cramped 80's interior is populated exclusively by ill dressed Sloanes, no hope Z-listers, private equity types and the offspring of the most insolvent minor Arab royals. 07.05.10Taken On Nomination DayYou won't believe it but THOSE ARE MY TROUSERS. I've worn them once, on holiday in Antigua. I don't think they'll hug my shapely haunches ever ever ever again.
