This is the second time Katie has worn this dress this month! I know it’s kind of against the rules (not that we actually have any rules) but she looks very nice, so I’ll let her off. It’s a Spense dress (no website) which Katie’s combined with  Miss Selfridge shoes, a green belt from a some junk shop and a green beaded sweat band she made herself.
