05.29.11Taken In Goring On ThamesI woke up early this morning and booked us in for a surprise night away in the countryside. I'm like totes clocking up 'nuff boyfriend points. We're at The Miller of Mansfield - the ivy-clad hotel behind Katie in the pic - in the picturesque village of Goring On Thames. It's gorgeous. So far we've walked along the river and had a pint and a ploughman's and taken a bunch of photos. Katie wears a Tatty Devine necklace, vintage dress and Underground Original boots. 10.04.10Taken On H&H MondayThis needs to be a seriously quick post but isn't today's outfit AMAZE. I think Katie's channeling Ugly Betty far more than usual. In a good way. The tank is Manoush, the bow tie is from Dolly Knits, the shoes are Lavender Room and the jacket is from Luella. Oh, and I thought is was about time I was on the internetz again. 09.18.10Taken On A Parisian SaturdayBonsoir! In a futile attempt to burn off a massive lunch (enormous steak tartare, frites, bottle of Brouilly, macaroons) Katie was able to finally persuade me to rent bikes. For as long as I've known her, Katie's always talked about buying a bike. Guess what? It turns out she isn't able to ride a bike. She's pretty good with the bell though. At least she looks very elegant on the saddle. Although elegant probably isn't the word the dozens of Parisians who threw themselves into the gutter to avoid her mal-coordinated peddling would have used. 06.28.10Taken At Studio East DiningWe went to Studio East Dining - the most amazing pop-up restaurant on the top floor of the new Westfield development in Stratford. It was utterly WOW.
