01.09.10taken when we went to westfieldKatie's feeling a wee bit better today and so we managed to pop into Westfield for a quick rummage in the sales. Now we're back home for some spicy Vietnamese food, a bottle of classy booze and a massive win in the lottery - I've got my resignation letter written in preparation. Today's outfit is a beautiful new silk dress sent to us all the way from South Africa by the lovely Gloria from Tissh, Scorah Pattullo shoes and yellow Wolford tights with an M&S pair over one leg which Katie burnt holes in earlier on! 01.07.10taken when joe skatedKatie's not doing anything remotely exciting today. But I am! Just a quick meeting this morning and then we're off to Somerset House for some ice skating. Woooo! A couple of gorgeous items in the ensemble today - a beautiful lace necklace by Liz Law, a lovely pill box leopard hat by Tinkerbella And The Tailor, Arkangel skirt (worn as a dress), two pairs of Wolford tights and a Benetton jumper. Great stuff so far with all of your outfits for the WKW Challenge - who'd have thought you'd all be so cool?!!!

She's waiting next door at the pub for me to hurry up and write this and I don't want my Guinness to get warm. But I must say, of all the brands that have got in touch with us since this blog started, Bengt, the guys that made Katie's necklace, is one of my personal favourites. Major congratulations to all. I love today's photo. 11.21.09taken when katie went to wah nailsA very smiley Katie. And for good reason - I took the photo just as Scotland went into the lead over Australia in the rugby. We're just off out to have dinner with our friends Charles and Alessia so this needs to be a quick post. But check out Katie's nails! She's got a full fry-up on there - eggs, bacon, sausage, tomato, toast, the lot, after visiting Wah Nails this afternoon! The tights are Wolford, the top is from Whistles and the headpiece thing is Katie's own creation.

11.10.09taken when WKW was in the scotsmanThe old blog got a wee shout out in The Scotsman today - "The Online Stepford Wives"! Katie's from Fife, so she'll be very happy. Many thanks to Lori for the article - although not sure how Stepford Katie is - I thought the SW's were all about submissive docile conformity. Katie is all about wearing bright colours and working fifteen hour days. And drinking gin. Today she's in a Paul & Joe skirt, British Army belt, Wolford Tights and a fantastic new Stolen Thunder birdie necklace. Look - it's flown out the cage!
